Gassler & Company started in Murrells Inlet, SC with the purchase of the practice of Carol Lawlor in November of 2014. However, the story goes back to almost 40 years of experience with all types and sizes of clients. We can bring all of that experience into play to help you deal with your situation

James L. Gassler, CPA
Jim has spent virtually his entire career working with small business and individual clients. For eighteen years, he was also an owner of the firms he worked with. Over the years, Jim has accumulated significant experience with small and medium sized businesses and investment companies operating in partnership and corporate form, individual taxpayers with high income and some with not-so-high incomes, estates, trusts, and foundations. For the twenty-five years before coming to South Carolina, Jim was associated with firms in the DC metro area. Together with his staff, Jim can help take care of almost anything in the tax and accounting realm.
